Create an Event Log - Overview

Process mining analyzes processes based on event logs. If you are new to process mining, these event logs will likely need to be created first. This section explains how to create an event log from scratch and how to use it afterwards in the mpmX Template App.

The mpmX EventLogGeneration Apps comprise three apps and several mpmX algorithms to successfully create a process mining log with data extracted from a data base, such as SAP.
