Business Analyst Guide Overview

The Business Analyst Guide is for more technical users who will be creating and configuring new apps (with event logs that have already been created) using the Import Wizard and creating new dashboards and visualizations within apps.

The guide contains information such as:

  • How to create or edit an app using the Import Wizard, including all the configurations and what they mean
    • Basic Configurations needed to quickly get started, including
    • How to create a Guided Tour, a Custom Theme, a hover menu
    • How to configure the various mpmX Extensions using the Properties Panel for each.
    • Advanced Configurations for further features, such as the case calculator, cost calculator and customer journey implementations.
    • How to create and share new dashboards and sheets
