Aggregate Event Information to the mpmX Process Model

There are different options to enhance the pa_activity_log with event-based context information.

Define a key to connect the context information either by:

1. a combination of CaseID  + Timestamp + ActivityType, or

2. using the field ActivityOriginID, which contains the source document which caused the event.
